Bella Bag's "Sip And Shop" celebrated news of their opening among the shops of Buckhead Atlanta later this summer. Door prizes were generous. Both wine and crowd sparkled, giving this blogger quite a treat. Among those present was fashion scribe Miss Beanie, resplendent in vintage ruffles, Vince Camuto and Nicholas Kirkwood. Organically grown and locally sourced foods are better for ourselves and the Earth. His new book Citizen Farmers takes stock of all he has learned from managing farms and csa's and teaching. Last night there was a reception for him at EcoManor, the LEED certified home of Laura and Rutherford Seydel.

The Styleliner, to town, giving Atlantans a weekend treat. She travels worldwide to fill the former potato chip delivery van with uniquities. A technical difficulty brought the show into the hotel's lobby, where it blended seamlessly into the sleek decor and assumed a festive vibe all its own.

Introducing Baby Pibu

Atlanta dermatologist and mom, Dr. Amy Kim, launched her new line of infant skincare products. Called Baby Pibu and pronounced pea-boo, they are domestically and organically produced within FDA regulations. The boutique baby braithwaite in Buckhead lent an air of stylish whimsey to their debut. Thank you, Breck Rochow, for inviting me to attend and the delightful surprise of feeling like a kid, again.
