As one who cooks like an iron chef and bakes not, I am in awe of the Mozart-like precision underpinning the savory delights offered by The Little Tart. Crème fraiche quiche, whole wheat chocolate chip cookies, salted caramel nut tarts and exemplary croissants do not result from happy accident. When Sarah and her crew do express their right brains, an open-faced BLT made from Pine Market bacon, locally grown kale and tomato pesto strikes an harmonious chord.
