Jess Smith is an old friend of Atlanta Street Fashion, thanks to a mutual interest in city cycling. Our paths crossed twice Saturday, first at an Inman Park restaurant and later in the newly opened Chrome Yellow Trading Co. on Edgewood Avenue.
