While riding in Heels On Wheels looks like good fun, it is also advocacy for a movement in which women are taking the initiative. Atlanta Bicycle Coalition Executive Director Rebecca Serna and other leading ladies were interviewed by Carolyn Szczepanski for Pedal Progress in the May-June issue of American Bicyclist Magazine.
