Someone arranged these flowers on the memorial to Atlanta's first mayor, Moses Formwalt. Of her floral sequinnes, she told me, simply, thrifted. Good fortune marked our encounter a third way when she recalled this portrait on the yet to be paved BeltLine Eastside Trail from November of 2012.
